DJ Delgado

Derek Delgado has built a big Twin Ports following since he first hit the scene in the early 2000s. He takes his music and light show everywhere from blockbuster events like Grandma’s Marathon to the noisiest clubs in town like Aces on First. He spins anything that will make people move — electronic dance music, hip-hop, Top 40 remixes — it’s all on the playlist. Delgado was part of the epic, eight-hour, 12-DJ New Year’s Eve EDM party at Havana’s, riding the 3 a.m. shift into 2025.

DJ ADUB

Andrew Watson is a Superior-based DJ and producer. Under the moniker DJ ADUB, or “adubsgotbeats” on some music-streaming platforms, he mixes tracks that push boundaries, blending genres such as hip-hop, dubstep, trap and electronic dance music to create a signature style. He has produced more than a dozen artists, including C-Silence, Loc Da Realist and Junior the Jenius. His live performances showcase an ability to fuse powerful rhythms with inventive mashups, often featuring special guest MCs. “I thrive on turning venues into high-energy spaces where audiences are swept up in the creative soundscapes,” he said.

Discord at Dawn

Some call them ultra dadcore. Some call them super ultra dadcore. Mostly, they answer to DAD. Discord at Dawn is a four-piece heavy rock band. Joel Conley plays rhythm guitar and croons about cryptids. Andy Morrow weaves heavy conspiracy theories at lead guitar. All circadian rhythms bow to Dan Krause’s bass, and David Anderson reshapes the earth with the beating of his drums. You can find DAD collaborating with many local bands at their various Twin Ports residencies. If you ask nicely, they might even play catch with you in the backyard after the show.

Dirtbike Boyfriend

Bret Holland is a multimedia artist and musician who also races dirt bikes. Typically a solo act, Holland emits full-band energy with his vocals and electric guitar. The lyrics and singing style pull in folky, emo-y, people who generally find it original and commiserative. His third full-length album, Blue, Blue, Blue, was released in early 2024, followed by two live releases.
