Metal, punk and raw aggression come together in the deathcore band Torment. Up front are Caden Dudek’s nightmarish vocals, breaking through a brick wall built by the industrial-grade guitar tones of Kyle Rudd-Pulkinen and teeth-rattling bass of Connor Slawson. Anyone left standing is quickly knocked down by Andrew Olson’s drums. A new album, Swallow Your Teeth, was released in November, letting fans bring the D-Town Beatdown into their homes or wherever their headphones travel.
