Fronted by singer-songwriter Thor Leseman, The Regulars are a psychobilly, Americana-roots rock band that aim to “induce rosy retrospection, clean listeners’ hearts of cobwebs and crack open their craniums, effectively scrubbing them of malice, then plop them back onto the street to leave them wondering why their shoes are on their hands and their feet suddenly have thumbs.” Supporting this quirky, ambitious goal are bassist Austin Korkowski, drummer Mike Ballard, fiddle player Tessa Nicholas-Meade, and Al Oikari on keys, organ, and steel guitar. The group performs at Homegrown this year for the first time after forming this past summer.
