For more than 15 years a group of northwoods troubadours known as the Iron Range Outlaw Brigade have brought their style of cowpunk across Minnesota from dive bars and music festivals to deer shacks and biker parties. Kirk Kjenaas and Glen Mattson divy up the guitar and vocals while John Peterson works the steel guitar, and Fred Hanson sings while playing bass. John Lamar beats the drums.
