Raised in New Jersey, Teague Alexy brought his gritty acoustic guitar work and insightful songwriting to Duluth 25 years ago. In numerous collaborations, he’s dabbled in an array of genres over the years, but his original compositions tend to center around the roots rock category. The versatile Common Thread features Owen Mahon and Tyler Dubla on percussion, Rob Jones on keys, Brian Wells on bass and Jacob Mahon on guitar. The band released an EP in March.
