Fire spinning and flow troupe that choreographs multiple pieces with flaming staff, poi, hula hoops, fans, and at least one creative new instrument of danger each year, the Spin Collective has been featured in Homegrown since 2010. Dancers sync their flaming props, pyrotechnics, and choreography with a variety of music genres that fit the theme – which have spanned from Steampunk, 80’s glam, Maypole fairies, their annual Duluth All Souls, and more. Spin Collective members Jillian Forte, Matt Lindberg, Denise Hooper, Aleasha Hladilek-Falter, Amethyst Leamuria Harle, Erin Filletoe, Hannah Albert, Jayme Hudson, and Sherry Christensen are ready to get the town lit.
