Ricky Carl delivers Texas-style country from the North, blending classic country roots with modern rock influence for a sound that balances grit and authenticity with a fresh edge. He performs both solo and as a full band with guitarist Dalton Hanson, bassist Seth Anderson, and drummer Nate Rendulich – all joining him for Homegrown. They’ve had the honor of opening for artists such as The Bellamy Brothers, Mark Wills, The Frontmen, Gabby Barrett, Big & Rich, and more, and they were named Duluth News Tribune’s “Best Local Band” in 2025. Following his 2024 EP, Ricky released a full-length album, Where The Good Times Are, in July 2025, featuring a title track that perfectly showcases his rock influences with heavy-driven guitars and over-the-top drums.
