Misisipi Mike Wolf

Singer, songwriter, guitar wizard and poster artist for the stars Misisipi Mike Wolf cannot be easily categorized. His songwriting is influenced by John Prine, Townes Van Zandt and Hank Williams, but his guitar work dabbles in David Gilmore psychedelics as much as Jerry Garcia jam-a-thons. Originally from Mississippi, Wolf spent some time in San Francisco where he twice won the readers poll for “Best Singer/Songwriter” in the Guardian. In Duluth, he also performs with Boxcar, Palm Sunday (a Garcia tribute band), Eldri Snow, Actual Wolf and Crooked Mile. Wolf will be joined by fiddle player Clancy Ward and friends.
