Mint Vintage is a four-piece alt-rock band that formed in 2017 at the University of Minnesota Duluth and quickly became a local favorite. The group moved to Minneapolis during the pandemic and is eager to return for its first Homegrown gig since 2019. Founding member Quinn Ryan plays guitar and sings, with fellow former Duluthians Tanner Barsness on bass and vocals and Griffin Steel on drums. Jay Benally joined on lead guitar in 2022. The band writes and plays a wide range of tunes influenced by folk, math rock, indie and alternative genres. The EP Basement Ballads was released in 2019.
