Self-described “loud-mouthed acoustic party girl” Kaylee Matuszak’s admiration of Duluth and Homegrown are apparent in her original songs as well as in her playfully entertaining Twitter feed, “Duluth’s Famous Kaylee.” Matuszak said she’s been “causing problems in the Duluth music scene since 2013,” as a solo artist, but has threatened to have special guests join her at Homegrown if they fit on the stage. She’s also working on her sophomore album, Leading Lady, which could be out by Homegrown.
