Judy Billington, performing as INF3RNO, is a DJ and producer based in Duluth. Since moving here seven years ago, she has also developed her skills as a piano accompanist and singer. Diving into the dubstep and DJ scene, Judy learned how to DJ and produce from DJ ADUB and Youms, and has since begun to carve her own path as an artist. Her debut mix, “Fire And Ice,” was released at the start of 2026 and is available on SoundCloud. This will be her first Homegrown performance.
