Performing Americana tunes packed with storytelling, Grant Glad & The Soo Line Loons draw attention to the tiny details in our lives through their lyricism. Glad leads on vocals and guitar and is joined by electric guitarist Julian Edoff, drummer Robin Hatterschide, and bassist Jarah Sullivan. Off-stage, Glad hosts Glad You’re Here, a podcast with over 100 episodes discussing the creative process with featured musical guests such as Charlie Parr, Dan Murphy of Soul Asylum, and more. The group is putting together a collaborative “Ice Out” album featuring local musicians, set for release in December. Their Homegrown set will feature their newest protest song, as well as songs from their most recent EP, The End.
