Darling Danger

At center stage in the six-piece party band Darling Danger is lead singer Suzy Jezierski, belting out a wide range of cover songs. She doesn’t stay put, however. Pinching a cordless microphone, she twirls, stomps and struts around the room, emphatically letting you know how she hates herself for loving you, that it’s less dangerous when the lights are out, and why the right to party is a thing that must be fought for. Alternative rock is at the core, but the tunes can get poppy, new wavy and altogether grungy. Paul Golnick and Cory Jezierski handle the guitars, Derrick Shaney thumps the bass, Amy Ugstad keeps the beat, and Dereck Murphy-Williams tickles the keys and also lends vocals.
