Singer-songwriter Danny Frank fronts a band of familiar Duluth players to play a mix of Americana that draws influence from folk, bluegrass, country, classic rock and blues. Banjo player Harrison Olk, bassist “Smokin” Joe Scarpellino, and fiddle savant Erin Aldridge provide a unique sound, blending soulful vocals with rich harmonies and invigorating instrumentation. Frank’s songwriting vacillates between themes of depression, love, and political and social topics.
