Three-piece alternative punk band Crimson Soul was formed in 2023 and has since been playing at various house venues, bars, and Wussow’s Concert Cafe. Mixing in elements of 90’s-inspired grunge, their set features entirely original music with themes such as loss, addiction, coping, and longing. Their song titles, such as “Speak,” “Speed Freak,” and “Drenched,” are led by guitarist and vocalist Willow Sowada. Holding down the rhythm section are bassist Logan Raczka and drummer Jordan Schmidt. Their first recorded single, “Blind”, was released this past February on all streaming platforms.
