The winner of Duluth Dylan Fest’s singer-songwriter contest in 2024 is back with a freshly recorded album called American Dream. Austin Castle sings his original Americana and country tunes while accompanying himself on acoustic guitar. He is supported by bandmates Cole Mikel on electric guitar, Ashe Berton on bass, and “Big Case” Casey Gillard on percussion. He has been featured at Country Fest in 2023 and has released two other albums — Northwoods in 2022 and Seasons in 2023. Themes contained within his lyricism include core memories, humble beginnings, and timeless values.
