Welcome to the Duluth Homegrown Music Festival Application! If you are NOT representing a musical act, please fill out our new VARIETY PERFORMER APPLICATION instead. Filling out this application between 11/28/2024 and 01/01/2025 is the only way to be considered for a spot on the 2025 Festival. Before being directed to the main course, please take a quick moment to read over the following information:

*This festival showcases acts that are local, or have past or present ties to Duluth MN, Superior WI and the close surrounding areas. If you do not fall into this category in any way, please do not fill out the application as you will not be eligible to play the festival.

*Our 2025 Festival takes place from Sunday, April 27th to Sunday, May 4th. Please understand if you are accepted, you could be scheduled to perform during any one of those days.

*Please be prepared to sign up with the proper number of people for your performance. You will also need their T-Shirt sizes. New this year is an added page to help our production and scheduling teams. You will want to fill everything out completely to be considered for the Festival.
