Gritty garage rockers the Bahn Bahns formed during the pandemic to cut a collection of songs written by singer and guitarist Andy Bahn. The resulting 12-track demo “We Are The Sun,” posted on YouTube, rollicks and roars like “Marquee Moon” if Television wore parkas and stocking caps instead of CBGB street fashion. Supporting Bahn are longtime Duluth rockers Andy Nielsen on bass, Nate Stumme on guitar, and Tim Ollhoff on drums, who have performed around the Twin Ports in cover bands like Sons of Fogtown and the yacht-rock trio Wife of the Butcher.
