After an unfortunately timed case of COVID-19 sidelined Prairie Fyre’s performance during last year’s Homegrown, the band is looking to rock extra hard this go-around. Singer and guitarist David Leppke is joined by his brother John Leppke on drums, with Michael Gibbs also taking up guitar and vocals. New to the lineup this year is Moriah Robyn Skye on bass. Tapping into influences such as Black Sabbath and Gojira, Prairie Fyre puts forth a psychedelic grunge sound, complete with crunchy, fuzzy guitars and a heavy pounding rhythm section.
