Greg Tiburzi

Greg Tiburzi’s authentic local voice lulls listeners while simultaneously commenting on society with acute insight. Inspired by pop radio, Woody Guthrie, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan and American folk music, he uses guitar, harmonica and voice to deliver compositions of “love, loss, regret, emancipation, joy, pain, concealment, acceptance, change, trust, mistrust, patience, prolonging, forgiveness, remembrance, loyalty, hope, faith, forgetfulness, longing, peace, fealty and feeling good.” He’s released four albums in the past three years, the most recent being last summer’s Songs of Mesabi.
