Fight for the Weekend

Punk should come from hardscrabble, so it makes sense that these ruffians hail from the heart of the Iron Range. Daniel Adams admits this genre is less like that of the late 1970s and more like the catchier chorus punk from the early 2000s “with the occasionally heavy twist that makes you bang your head.” Think of Green Day, MxPx, Blink-182 and Sum 41, Adams says. Sam Rusco is lead guitar and vocals, Adams is the bass player, Hunter Goebel is on rhythm guitar, and Nate Christian works the drums.
