Guitarist Paul Newberg and bassist Tom Berrigan jammed their names and talents together in 2018 to form NewBerrigan. With Jake Willis on drums, the trio plays original music mixing elements of rock, blues, southern twang and a splash of pop. NewBerrigan plays just one gig a year — Homegrown and Homegrown only. Berrigan and Willis also share time on stage backing up Ryan Van Slooten. Newberg performs solo throughout the year at a number of watering holes, most frequently Sir Benedict’s.
